Frequently asked questions
How do I get the app after paying?
Right after payment, Gumroad emails you the download link and, where needed, your license key. You can also find them anytime in your Gumroad library.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payment goes through Gumroad, with the methods they offer. I never see or store your card details.
Can I try before I buy?
Astrolab has a free 5-day trial with every feature. For the other apps, check the screenshots or send me a question.
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is that normal?
Yes, it shows for new apps from small developers. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. Only install files from fefolabs.com or Gumroad.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The apps work locally, on your computer. Arhivar only connects to your own email account, to save your messages on your PC.
I have a problem with my license or the install.
Write to me through the contact form on the site. I reply personally, by email.
